Smartgrup - SMART

S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Achievable
R = Realistic (all known risk assessed)
T = Timely

Specific

Goals will be translated in specific work steps to help us to understand what jobs we are going to do. Specific means What, Why, and how job will be delivered.

Measurable

If you can't measure it, you can't manage it. To have a successful project you must know you have arrived where you planned initially. To be able to follow up the progress measurable milestone must also be built into the plan.
With us you will know you are on track, reached the target dates, you are on budget at the required quality.

Achievable

When you define the scope of the project, we evaluate together the resources needed financial, manpower, tools needed to have a successful project. Also any known risk will be assessed; risk avoidance and risk protection measures will be put in the project plan. We will even consider reasonable resources apart for unknown risks, just to be able to cope with the unexpected.
We will not commit to do work if this evaluation is not positive. We will never mislead a client about his or our capabilities.
But we also help identify synergies, technology developments that can make true even the toughest plan.
If we commit we will never break our promises!

Realistic

Realistic means the skills needed to do the work are available, that the project scope fits with the overall strategy of your organization and we will check that constantly during the project with you. You can decide at any scope verification milestone to end it if the market condition or your strategy changed.

Timely

A deadline is agreed for the project and for each milestone. Timelines will be measurable, achievable and realistic.

Everyone will be happy at the end of a SMART project;
The Client, the Supplier, the Project Team.
We all want to be part of successful projects!
