To obtain a Construction Authorization we must follow three main
- Urbanism Certificate (CU)
- Approvals and documents required by the CU we supply:
- Permit Design Package (PAC)
- Topographic studies
- Romanian Aeronautical Authority (AACR) approval
- IGCTI General Inspectorate for Communication and Information Technology approval
- Electrica/EON/ENEL/CEZ (power company) approval
- Romtelecom (fixed lines telephony) approval
- Distrigaz/Transgaz natural gas distributors approval
- Road Authority approval
- Health Ministry Sanitary approval
- EMF Electromagnetic fields level evaluation (National Health Institute Bucharest)
- Fire Department approval
- Local Civilian Defense approval
- Evaluation for quality of area leased and soil study
- Approval to use the land in other purposes than agricultural
- County Land Book Office authorization
- Local Council Historical Authority approval
- Water and Mineral Resources Authority approval
- Romanian Intelligence Office (SRI) approval
- Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) approval
- Ministry of National Defense (MApN) approval
- Environment approval
- Construction Authorization:
- Apply for Construction Authorization (AC) at Local Council with CU, approvals
- Pay taxes for: Construction Authorization issuer (…….%), Construction Inspection Authority ( ..% and …….%), Construction Trade Union (…….%)
- Construction Authorization approval
- Extension of existing Construction Authorization
