Three-phase metering and protection unit in metal/polycarbonate case
It is used in low-voltage network distribution for supplying power to users or public administration buildings.
Functions- connects the electric installation of the user to the power supplier;
- measures the active and reactive electric power;
- overload and short-circuit protection of three-phase feeder and the single-phase feeder;
- protection of users against industrial frequency over voltage due to the accidental interruption of the null conductor;
- protection against electrocution by direct contact with the circuits and equipment from the metering and protection unit box, usually under voltage;
- possibility to be re-supplied by the user, in case the hazard protections in his installations are used;
- the possibility of reading the meters and, if needed remote cutting the power;
- protection against power theft or equipment destruction by offenders or unauthorized persons.

- metallic or plastic case with transparent door, IP 54 specs;
- three-phase unit for metering the electric power (direct or indirect installation);
- three-phase main switch equipped with over current tripping;
- industrial frequency over voltage protection module;
- secondary power circuit by-pass unit used for indirect metering (units and test plugs);
- 3 LF 6A safety fuses on the meter circuits;
- single-phase metering unit (optional);
- bipolar automatic switch (optional) and differential for single-phase circuit variants;
- input only terminal board;
- protection null bar;
- interior electric circuits;
- pressure gaskets f or cables input/output;
- fastening accessories (pillar/wall).
